Legislative Media & Communications
Texas House of Representatives
Over the course of 2023–2025, I’ve held two distinct roles within the Texas House: one as a Legislative Aide, and another as a Digital Strategist. In both capacities, I’ve helped develop public-facing systems and internal communications strategy that center clarity, community, and impact.
From constituent response workflows to issue-based content calendars, my work in the public arena focuses on building infrastructure for visibility, accountability, and accessibility — both in how we govern and how we communicate.

Platform Strategy + Constituent Engagement - Developed a comprehensive weekly calendar system that aligned social media output with legislative actions, local events, and observance-based engagement. Centered feedback from the community and office leadership to ensure consistency and clarity.

Policy Messaging + Visual Communications - Designed graphics, language guides, and template kits to translate complex bills and state updates into accessible, audience-specific content — particularly across Facebook, Instagram, and newsletters.

Reporting & Systems Management - Maintained documentation of digital growth, engagement trends, and performance snapshots. Produced an annual media report analyzing our civic engagement strategy and community response.
