What services do you offer?

Do you offer one-off calls or intensives?
Not at this time. All strategy work is tied to a full project or retainer for depth and clarity.
Payment

What are your payment terms?
A 20% deposit is due at the start of all projects. The remaining balance is due before final file delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Afterpay, and select digital wallets. Secure checkout is available through my client platform. Payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for consulting packages and contracts over $1,000. Ask during your proposal or onboarding process.
Revisions

How many revisions are included?
Most projects include one revision per deliverable. Additional revisions are available at $30 each.

What counts as a revision?
Revisions include changes to existing work — not new deliverables or scope expansions.

How do I request a revision?
Submit feedback directly via email during the review window. I’ll follow up with confirmation and next steps.

Your portal includes your Statement of Work, Timeline, Strategy Notes, Deliverables, Revision Tracker, and File Archive.

How long will I have access?
Client portals remain live indefinitely unless otherwise stated. If access needs to be restored, contact directly via email.

How do I access my portal?
Go to christiannamcafee.com/mydesk/yourname and enter your password. You’ll receive this info after your onboarding is complete. You can also access your portal through the main Briefcase page.
